Malév invited to join oneworld Malév, the national airline of Hungary, has accepted an invitation to join oneworld and is set to become part of the alliance within the next 15 months. It will significantly expand oneworld's network in central and east Europe, adding its attractive Budapest hub as a key hub for the alliance. Malév is one of the best regarded airline brand names in this region, with a proud reputation for quality customer service. Royal Jordanian set to join at turn of 2006/2007 oneworld is also delighted to be welcoming Royal Jordanian to the alliance, with effect from around the turn of 2006/2007. It is the first carrier from an Arab region to join any of the global airline groupings, adding ten destinations and two countries in the Middle East and Gulf to the alliance map. |
